Refund Amount: Eligible refunds for content services range from partial (50%) to full (100%) depending on the nature and severity of the issue.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Changes in client preferences or strategy after content approval
  • Minor stylistic differences that do not affect content quality
  • Content that has been published or distributed
  • Delays caused by client-side feedback or approval processes

Brand Partnerships and Sponsored Content

For brand partnership and sponsored content packages:

  • Pre-Publication Cancellation: Clients may receive a full refund if they cancel before content creation begins (within 48 hours of agreement)
  • Non-Performance: If we fail to deliver agreed-upon metrics or deliverables as specified in the partnership agreement
  • Compliance Issues: If content violates advertising standards or regulations despite following client-provided information

Refund Amount: Determined on a case-by-case basis depending on work completed and resources invested.

Non-Refundable Elements:

  • Performance metrics that depend on user behavior (clicks, engagement, conversions)
  • Content that has been published and live for more than 7 days
  • Services where third-party costs have been incurred (e.g., promotional distribution)

Advertising Placements

For advertising packages and placements:

  • Technical Failures: If ads fail to display due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a refund or credit for the affected period
  • Impressions Guarantee: If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of impressions, we will issue a pro-rata refund or extend the campaign
  • Early Termination: Clients may cancel advertising campaigns with a prorated refund for the unused portion, minus a 20% administrative fee

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Performance metrics that depend on user actions (click-through rates, conversions)
  • Ad campaigns that have completed more than 70% of their scheduled run
  • Seasonal or time-sensitive placements that have concluded

Newsletter Subscriptions

For paid newsletter subscriptions (when available):

  • Cancellation Policy: Subscribers may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
  • Refund Window: Full refund available within 7 days of initial subscription if no premium content has been accessed
