Brand Partnerships and Sponsored Content

Advertising Placements
For advertising packages and placements:
- Technical Failures: If ads fail to display due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a refund or credit for the affected period
- Impressions Guarantee: If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of impressions, we will issue a pro-rata refund or extend the campaign
- Early Termination: Clients may cancel advertising campaigns with a prorated refund for the unused portion, minus a 20% administrative fee
